Position Title 1: Officer – IT Risk(Risk & Compliance Department)
Jobs Requirements:
Required Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Computer science,, Information Technology or in related field of studies.
Work Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer II/III or equivalent.

Key duties and responsibilities
Support in evaluating IT related risks, and submit recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all the Bank’s IT policies and procedures.
Support in monitoring enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to information security activities.
Identify operations and defects in the computer and network system.
Test IT systems and disaster recovery plans and initiate updates for major changes in hardware, applications, and business accordingly.
Identify the potential threats and vulnerabilities for Bank’s business related to information technology.
Conduct risk scenarios analysis to determine their impact on the bank’s business objectives.
Participate change management process to ensure compliance and effectivity in mitigating risk
Work with teams to challenge in risk assessments on specific Information Technology Risk
Participate in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes.
Support innovation projects and challenge the implementation of information security and general IT controls requirements.
Also Support business development initiatives through creation of proposals and client scoping around IT risks.
Support IT to keep its Risk Appetite within predefined thresholds.
Position Title 2: Senior Officer – IT Risk(Risk & Compliance Department)
Jobs Requirements:
Required Qualification and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science; Information Technology or in related fields.
Experience:At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.

Duties & Responsibilities
Identify, analyze and evaluate IT-related risks, recommend possible risk responses and review the implementation of recommended responses.
Enforce that all the Bank’s IT policies and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements and other international standards.
Adhere to advise, oversee, monitor, and enforce enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to technology controls or information security activities.
Facilitate end-to-end risk remediation planning, resolution, and monitoring activities.
Identify operations and defects in the computer and network system and the usage of outdated and substandard technological tools.
Oversee the regular testing of the IT system and disaster recovery plan and initiate updates for major changes in hardware, applications, and business accordingly.
Identify and review the potential threats and vulnerabilities for Bank’s business related to information technology.
Implement measurement standards related to technology risk, analyze risk scenarios to determine their impact on a bank’s business objectives.
Champion change management processes to ensure compliance and effectivity in mitigating risk
Manage plans for information risk management and oversees them through to completion protecting the bank from any misconducts and handling of information
